For foreign who would like to be investing in Thailand first thing there should do is register their own company in Thailand you have continuous checklist to do step by step let's follow our introduction.

First step let check your business type.

It is the first thing when you planning to be investing. You have to check business type are support by Thai government or not. If it was support, you can request license for your business from Thai government (BOI).

Second step, if your business is not support by Thai government (BOI) we will let you know about 2nd step.

It is normal when almost company can not support from Thai government (BOI) there have to moving for next step to requesting for FBL (Foreign business license) Because no company always take a BOI license BOI suitable for factory or company who have a huge construction for medium company always start with FBL

Last step If you can not register for BOI or FBL the last step you have to find another Thai investor who you can trust or another Thai partner who have a faithfulness to register individual Thai company.

they have many documents when you are requesting for BOI or FBL almost investor always avoid that problem there usually find Local investor or Local partner who is Thai people to invest with it easier but risk than doing for BOI or FBL
